Please be advised that refunds are ONLY permitted for FAULTY products.
In the event of a customer receiving a faulty product, the customer will be required to attach a clear image of the faulty product and a clear image of the fault on the product, to an email which is to be sent to us.
Upon confirmation of the complaint, a refund will be issued to the customer for the faulty product. However, upon inspection of complaint, if the fault mentioned in images attached is not clear, the customer will be required to mail the faulty product directly to us.
This is done on own accord and the customer will be liable for any shipping costs involved.
Upon confirmation of the complaint after the product is physically inspected for the fault(s), a refund will be issued to the customer for the faulty product.
